Claim by former CEO

Immuron has received a letter of demand on behalf of Dr Zeil Rosenberg (ex Immuron CEO) in relation to the non renewal of his employment contract.

The claim is for up to $500,000. Immuron is seeking legal advice in relation to the claims and intends to strenuously defend itself should Dr Rosenberg decide to initiate proceedings.
