Dear Sir Settlement of Claim by former Chief Executive Officer

We advise that all matters relating to the letter of demand on behalf of Dr Zeil Rosenberg (the Company’s former Chief Executive Officer) in relation to the non renewal of his employment agreement have been settled, with a denial of liability.

The settlement was for the sum of $US60,000 and was paid in full and final settlement of any claims that Dr Rosenberg may have had.

The conclusion of this dispute will enable the management to focus on the ongoing business and development of Immuron.
