Dear Sir/Madam

Please find herewith a company announcement "Travelan Safe for International Athletes" for release and distribution to the market immediately.

Yours sincerely

CONOR GRAHAM Managing Director & CEO

Travelan* Safe for International Athletes

Anadis Limited is pleased to announce that Travelan has successfully been analysed by the Australian Government Analytical Laboratory, an IOC (International Olympic Committee) accredited laboratory. This analysis confirmed that Travelan does not contain any prohibited substances, as defined by the World Anti-Doping Code 2006 Prohibited List. Anadis can now issue written guarantees for the use of Travelan® by athletes - for the prevention of travellers' diarrhoea - when used in accordance with the directions on the pack and product leaflet.

Anadis will now actively pursue an international market of high profile sporting organisations, including those preparing for competition in the Beijing Olympics during 2008.

Travellers' diarrhoea (TD) is the number one health problem for international travellers, with implications not only for the IOC and individual member countries official's and athlete's whose personal trip is ruined by "Bali Belly etc" but for anyone who cannot risk being disabled by stomach cramps, bloating, nausea, dehydration and diarrhoea when travelling.

Travellers' diarrhoea can potentially lead to many hours of lost time, withdrawal from events and of course significantly impact overall performance. Travellers' diarrhoea can also impact sporting organisations and agencies when their athletes and administrators are stricken – with potentially significant losses.

Travelan - Natural and Effective

Travelan, a natural, clinically proven therapy is prepared from bovine colostrum from cows hyper-immunized against the 13 strains of E. coli that are the most common cause of travellers' diarrhoea. Travelan is high in antibodies that bind to certain intestinal bacteria and bacterial by-products, and is non-antibiotic preparation therefore not associated with the usual negative antibiotic side effects.

Travelan is a natural product that will enable athletes and administrators (and of course the general public) to travel with reduced fear of becoming ill due to exposure to E.coli bacteria. In hospital clinical trials in the US and Europe, Travelan® has shown up to 90% protection against Enterotoxigenic E. coli (ETEC), the main cause of Travellers' Diarrhoea.

Potential Additional Gastrointestinal Indications for Travelan

Anadis is now investigating the use of Travelan for additional gastrointestinal therapeutic indications as a result of positive clinical feedback from a number of healthcare providers including medical specialists.

Reports to the company indicate that a number of patients with a range of gastrointestinal conditions, including irritable bowel syndrome (IBS), inflammatory bowel disease (IBD) and ulcerative colitis, have experienced an improvement in some of their symptoms (e.g. diarrhoea) whilst taking Travelan to reduce their risk of travellers' diarrhoea.

International opportunities for Travelan

Anadis has recently been given a "green light" to sell Travelan in the US (see announcement Travelan receives Green Light to enter US market - 12th October 2005). and is currently in discussions with prospective partners in the US market to begin sales of Travelan at the earliest opportunity.

Anadis has appointed Baralex Inc. / Valeo Pharma as Canadian pharmaceutical distributor for Travelan. Registration and the distribution agreement and are set for completion in late January 2006. First sales of Travelan into the Canadian market anticipated to begin February / March 2006.

Anadis is in the process of negotiating other international distribution and registration arrangements in markets including Singapore, Hong Kong, India, Thailand, Taiwan, Malaysia, United Kingdom, Europe and South Africa.
