ANNOUNCEMENT: APPOINTMENT OF NEW DIRECTOR

Anadis Limited is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Arie Nudel to its Board of Directors.

Arie Nudel has been a part time consultant to Anadis for the past two years focusing on the shareholder relations role. In this capacity, Arie is familiar with the day to day operations of the company and the shareholder base.

Arie brings a background of funds management experience and an investor's perspective to the board. A fresh approach is quite important as the company changes its focus from pure research and development to marketing, with the launch of its lead product Travelan.

Arie is currently a director of a number of private companies, including Paracroft Pty Ltd, a significant shareholder in Anadis Limited.
