Company Announcement Office Australian Stock Exchange Ltd (ASX) 4th Floor, 20 Bridge Street Sydney NSW 2000

Dear Sir/Madam,

Please find herewith a copy of "Travelan Receives Green Light To Enter U.S. Market" for release and distribution to the market immediately.

On Behalf Of ANADIS LIMITED

CONOR GRAHAM Managing Director & CEO

Travelan* receives green light to enter US market.

Travelan has been assessed in the United States and given the green light to be sold into the commercially significant North American market.

Research, review and analysis of Anadis' Travelan -hyper immunized colostrum powder- as well as history of use and safety / toxicology evidence, has received US legal opinion that Travelan is in compliance with all US Federal and State regulations for sale in the Dietary and Medical Food categories.

Travelan and Travellers' Diarrhoea

Travelan – Anadis' lead product – is a revolutionary over-the-counter (OTC) preparation scientifically and clinically proven to significantly reduce the risk of getting the medical condition known as Travellers' Diarrhoea (otherwise known as Delhi Belly, Montezuma's Revenge, Tourist Trots and The Flux etc). Travellers' Diarrhoea is described as the number one health problem for international travellers, in terms of frequency and economic impact. Travellers' Diarrhoea is normally accompanied by other clinical features such as nausea, vomiting, abdominal cramps and fever. Travelan is based on antibody technology and not an antibiotic preparation. Unlike conventional treatment medications, Travelan significantly reduces the risk of being affected in the first instance.

Commercial Opportunities for Travelan

With more than 22 million US travellers per year to "High Risk" areas (this figure does not include travel to "medium risk" or "low risk" areas) the US is a very significant market for Anadis. Medical statistics show that, on average, over 40% of travellers will be somehow affected by Travellers' Diarrhoea.

This "green light" is an important and exciting step for the international expansion of Travelan. Anadis is currently in discussions with prospective partners in the US market to begin sales of Travelan at the earliest opportunity.

In addition, Anadis is also actively working on registration in other international markets including Canada, Singapore, Hong Kong, India, Thailand, Taiwan, Malaysia, United Kingdom and Europe.
