EXPLANATORY NOTE

Immuron Limited (the “Company”) published an announcement (the “Public Notice”) to the Australian Securities Exchange on September 11, 2017 announcing:

a) A Change of Director’s Interest Notice for Immuron Director, Mr Peter Anastasiou, who purchased fully-paid ordinary shares on the Australian Stock Exchange (ASX).

A copy of the Public Notice is attached as an exhibit to this report on Form 6-K.
