Attached is an amended Appendix 3Y in respect of shares issued to a Director on 11 May 2010 in lieu of Directors fees.

This Appendix amends the Appendix 3Y lodged on 11 May in respect of the consideration paid for the shares. The 3Y lodged on 11 May incorrectly stated the consideration paid for the shares as $4,500.00, the correct amount is $1,875.00.
