Dear Shareholder,

The past six months have been very productive for your company, Immuron Limited, particularly the alliance with Hadasit and the Hadassah Medical Center in Jerusalem which is working very well, and it proposed that additional funds are raised to speed-up research and development being undertaken in both Melbourne and Jerusalem.

Progress to date includes the commencement of clinical trials centred on the Metabolic Syndrome which are underway at the Haddasah Medical Center, and significant advances in key parts of the influenza project.

The alliance with Hadasit and Hadassah Medical Center is proving to be very useful in another way: it is catching the attention of major players in the pharmaceutical industry around the world, leading to increasing interest in Immuron’s technology platform.

Even though Immuron is in a much stronger financial and strategic position this year compared to about the same time last year, thanks to increased sales, the development of new partnerships, and the consolidation of senior management changes, the Board of Immuron believes it is now time to make the most of this situation by accelerating key aspects of the current Metabolic Syndrome and influenza projects.

Hence this Shareholder Share Purchase Plan (SSPP).
