Shareholder Share Purchase Plan- 2010

The Directors have agreed to extend the closing date of the above Plan from 28 May to Wednesday, 16 June 2010.

The anticipated dates for the allotment and despatch of certificates will be, 22 June and 23 June respectively.

This extension is being made in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Plan forwarded to Shareholders on 23 April 2010.
