Dear Sir Retirement and appointment of Company Secretary

The Board is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Phillip Hains and Mr. Peter Vaughan as joint Company Secretaries upon the retirement of Graeme Stevens.

On behalf of the Board I take this opportunity to thank Graeme for his commitment and service during his period as Company secretary.

Mr. Hains is a Chartered Accountant and specialist in the public company environment. He services the needs of a number of public company boards and related committees as both their Company Secretary and Chief Financial Officer. He has had over 20 years’ experience in providing accounting, administration, compliance and general management services to both ASX and NASDAQ listed companies.

Mr. Vaughan is also a Chartered Accountant who has worked in the listed company environment for 10 years across a number of industries serving various finance roles, including the roles of Company Secretary and Chief Financial Officer.
