Retirement of Non-Executive Director – Dr Stewart Washer

Immuron Limited [ASX: IMC] (the Company) wishes to advise that Non-Executive Director Dr Stewart Washer has today retired from his position on the Immuron Board.

Dr Washer cited that other business interests were consuming an increasing amount of his time and focus.

Dr Washer has served as a Director of the Company since February 2012.

Immuron’s Chairman, Dr Roger Aston extended his gratitude and thanks to Dr Washer for his service to the Company and wished him well for his future endeavours.
