Professor Colin Chapman and Mr Simon Salka appointed to Non-Executive Directors, Dr Zeil Rosenberg appointed Executive Director and retirement of Mr Roman Zwolenski.

Thursday 19 June 2008

Anadis Limited is pleased to announce the appointment of Professor Colin Chapman and Mr Simon Selimaj Sallka as Non-Executive Directors and the company’s Chief Executive Officer, Dr Zeil Rosenberg appointed as an Executive Director.

Mr Sallka, B.Bus.(Economics) Dip.SIA Dip.BA , brings to the board over 25 years experience in investment management and investment analysis. Simon has worked for extended periods in the international investment markets of Japan, the USA and Asia. He currently acts as a consultant to Japan Advisory LLC (J.H.Whitney Asia).

Professor Colin Chapman BPharm BVSc (Hons) PhD FPS is a former Dean of the Faculty of Pharmacy at Monash University (1991 -2006) and is now Professor of Pharmacy in the faculty. His current research interests centre on drug development, immunology, dermatology and veterinary pharmacology. His PhD was obtained following research centred on immunology at the Walter and Eliza Hall Institute in Melbourne and he has maintained a keen professional interest and involvement in all aspects of immunology ever since. During his period as Dean of the Faculty of Pharmacy he played key roles in the commercialisation of a drug to prevent/treat influenza, Relenza®, and in the establishment of Acrux, a company formed to commercialise transdermal drug delivery techniques developed in the Faculty of Pharmacy

Both the new appointees to the Board were very active in the formative years of Anadis in the late 1990’s and have remained strong supporters of the Company. It is pleasing to have people with such commitment and relevant expertise join the Board as the company progresses its international business programs.

Coinciding with these Board appointments I am retiring with immediate effect as Chairman and Non Executive Director of Anadis. It has been stimulating and quite demanding to have served for almost six years as a director of this enterprise. I am moving on with a sense that substantial value has been created within Anadis and that the prospects for the Company are strong.

Roman Zwolenski Chairman

The Board and Management of Anadis Limited take this opportunity to extend our sincere thanks to Roman for his commitment and efforts with the company over the period of his directorship and in particular his leadership as Chairman of the company through recent times. We wish him all the best in his future endeavors.
