Melbourne, Australia - Anadis Ltd. (ASX:ANX) a research driven biotechnology company is pleased to announce the appointment of Melbourne based Mr Graeme Stevens as Company Secretary and Chief Financial Officer. Mr Stevens is a Chartered Accountant with extensive experience in ASX listed technology companies.

Mr Stevens appointment follows the retirement of Company Secretary Mr. David Woods. The Board wishes to express its appreciation to Mr. Woods for his diligence and care over Anadis secretarial and financial matters over the past seven years of service.
