NOTICE PURSUANT TO ART. 144-octies, PARAGRAPH 1, OF CONSOB REGULATION NO. 11971 OF 14 MAY 1999

Mantua, 9 April 2015 – Immsi S.p.A. said, pursuant to art. 144-octies, paragraph 1, of Consob Regulation no. 11971 of 14 May 1999, that the majority shareholder Omniainvest S.p.A. (holder of 150,312,006 company ordinary shares) had deposited the list of candidates for the renewal of the Immsi S.p.A. Board of Directors envisaged in the agenda for the Annual General Meeting called for 30 April 2015 on first call and, if necessary, for 13 May 2015 on second call.

Lists of candidates for the renewal of the Immsi S.p.A. Board of Statutory Auditors may be filed no later than 6 p.m. on Friday 10 April 2015 and will be published, in the manner detailed above, after 6 p.m. on Friday 10 April 2015.
