IMI announces that Daniel Shook has informed the Board of his decision to step down as Chief Financial Officer and Executive Director of the Company for family reasons. Daniel's leaving date is to be confirmed but will be no earlier than May 2025. The Board has initiated a search for a successor and will provide an update when this process has concluded. Daniel will continue to perform his duties and fully support the Board and executive team in executing the Company's strategy during this period of transition. The Board would like to express its thanks to Daniel for his valuable contribution to the business over the last 9 years.
