IMI plc announces that Jackie Callaway has been appointed as a member of the Remuneration Committee with effect from 15 May 2026. Jackie joined the Board as a Non-Executive Director in 2023 and has served as Chair of the Audit Committee since 1 September 2024. She will continue in her existing Board and Committee roles.
