Re: Abridgment of time periods prescribed by Regulation 54-101

As required under section 2.20 of Regulation 54-101 respecting Communication with Beneficial Owners of Securities of a Reporting Issuer ("Regulation 54-101"), the undersigned, John Ripplinger, Vice-President, Corporate Affairs of Imaflex Inc. (the "Issuer"), hereby certifies for and on behalf of the Issuer, and not in his personal capacity, in relation to the special meeting of shareholders of the Issuer to be held on February 19, 2026 (the "Meeting"), that:

(a) the Issuer has arranged to have proxy-related materials for the Meeting sent in compliance with the applicable timing requirements set out in sections 2.9 and 2.12 of Regulation 54-101; and
(b) the Issuer has arranged to have carried out all of the requirements of Regulation 54-101 in addition to those described in paragraph (a) above.

The Issuer is relying upon section 2.20 of Regulation 54-101 to abridge the time periods prescribed in subsections 2.1(b), 2.2(1) and 2.5(1) of Regulation 54-101.
