Registration of amendments to the Articles of Association. Title
The Management Board of INVESTMENT FRIENDS CAPITAL SE with its registered office in Tallinn informs that on 17/04/2024, the Commercial Companies Register (Ariregister), competent for Estonian law, registered the amendments to the Company's Articles of Association resulting from the resolutions adopted at the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders on 6/10/2023.
In connection with the above, the current wording of point 2.1 of the Company's Articles of Association is as follows:
"2.1. The minimum amount of share capital of the Company is 400 000 (four hundred thousand) euros and the maximum amount of share capital is 1 600 000 (one million six hundred thousand) euros."
Currently, the share capital of Investment Friends Capital SE is EUR 450 600,00.
