Jako udziałowiec spółki PATRO INVEST OÜ(Kod rejestracyjny w Estonii 14381342) będącej akcjonariuszem Investment Friends Capital SE zarejestrowanej w Estonii pod numerem 14618005(dalej: IFC lub Spółka), niniejszym w wykonaniu obowiązku określonego w § 185 Estońskiej ustawy o rynku papierów wartościowych zawiadamiam o pośrednim zmniejszeniu zaangażowania w ogólnej liczbie głosów w Spółce.

Zawiadamiający informuje, iż przez podmiot zależny PATRO INVEST OÜ w dniu 15.01.2026 r. w wyniku rejestracji umorzenia akcji przez sąd rejestrowy w IFC dokonał pośredniego zbycia 1 400 000 akcji , co stanowiło 46,67 % udziału w kapitale zakładowym Spółki oraz uprawniało do oddania 1 400 000 głosów, stanowiących 46,67 % udziału w ogólnej liczbie głosów na Walnym Zgromadzeniu Spółki.

Zawiadamiający informuje, że pośrednio przez swój podmiot zależny PATRO INVEST OÜ przed zdzarzeniem opisanym powyżej, tj. na dzień 14.01.2026 r. zawiadamiający posiadał 1 934 636 sztuk akcji Spółki, co stanowiło 64,49 % udziału w kapitale zakładowym Spółki oraz uprawniało do oddania 1 934 636 głosów, stanowiących 64,49 % udziału w ogólnej liczbie głosów na Walnym Zgromadzeniu Spółki.

Zawiadamiający informuje, że przez swój podmiot zależny PATRO INVEST OÜ po wydarzeniu opisanym powyżej, tj. na dzień 22.01.2026 r. posiada 534 636 akcji Spółki, co stanowi 33,41 % udziału w kapitale zakładowym Spółki oraz uprawnia do oddania 534 636 głosów, stanowiących 33,41 % udziału w ogólnej liczbie głosów na Walnym Zgromadzeniu Spółki.

Ponadto Zawiadamiający informuje, że żadne podmioty od niego zależne poza PATRO INVEST OÜ nie posiadają akcji Spółki oraz, że Zawiadamiający nie zawierał żadnych porozumień ani umów, których przedmiotem byłoby przekazanie uprawnienia do wykonywania prawa głosu.

Notification

As a shareholder of PATRO INVEST OÜ (Estonian registration number 14381342)which is a shareholder of Investment Friends Capital SE registered in Estonia undernumber14618005 (hereinafter: IFC or the Company), hereby, in accordance with the obligationset out in § 185 of the Estonian Securities Market Act, I hereby notify of an indirect reduction in the total number of votes in the Company.

The Notifying Party hereby informs that through its subsidiary PATRO INVEST OÜ on January 15, 2026, as a result of the registration of the redemption of shares by the registry court, IFC canceled 1,400,000 shares, which represented 46.67% of the Company's share capital and entitling it to 1,400,000 votes, representing 46.67% of the total number of votes at the Company's General Meeting.

The notifying party informs that indirectly, through its subsidiary PATRO INVEST OÜ prior to the event described above, i.e. January 14, 2026, the Notifying Party held 1,934,636 shares in the Company, representing 64.49% of the Company's share capital and entitling it to 1,934,636 votes, representing 64.49% of the total number of votes at the Company's General Meeting.

The Notifying Party hereby informs that through its subsidiary PATRO INVEST OÜ, afterthe event described above, i.e. as at January 22, 2026 it holds 534 636 shares in the Company, representing 33.41% of the Company's share capital and entitling it to cast 534 636 votes, representing 33.41% of the total number of votes atthe Company's General Meeting.

In addition, the Notifying Party hereby informs that none of its subsidiaries other than PATRO INVEST OÜ hold any shares in the Company and that the Notifying Party has not entered into any agreements or contracts whose subject matter would be the transfer of voting rights.To the knowledge of the Notifying Party, no other persons have been notified of the transfer of voting rights.
