Following receipt of the request of a shareholder PATRO INVEST OÜ on November 10, 2020 filed under the provision of § 293 item (2) of the Estonian Commercial Code, together with the draft of a relevant resolution, the Management Board of INVESTMENT FRIENDS CAPITAL SE (the "Company") informed that it accepted the request of the Shareholder by supplementing the draft resolutions prepared for the Ordinary General Meeting of the Company convened for November 30, 2020 for a draft resolution on adding point 4.8 to the Company's Articles of Association. The other draft resolutions published on November 6, 2020 in the current report No. 13/2020 remain unchanged.
