Notice of Annual General Meeting

The Company is pleased to announce that its Annual General Meeting ('AGM') will be held at 10.00 a.m. (UK time) on Thursday, 7 November 2024 at the offices of FIM Capital Limited, 55 Athol Street, Douglas, Isle of Man, IM1 1LA.

The Notice of the AGM, together with the Form of Proxy, will be dispatched shortly to all of the Shareholders. Electronic copies of the Notices and Form of Proxy will also be available on the Company's website  www.vietnamholding.com .
