IDEX Biometrics: Approved Prospectus Dated 10 March 2021

Reference is made to the notices issued by IDEX Biometrics ASA on 15 and 16

February 2021, regarding a private placement of shares in the company.

The Financial Supervisory Authority of Norway (Norwegian: Finanstilsynet) has

approved a listing prospectus dated 10 March 2021 for the listing of 29,415,424

new shares on Oslo Børs. As a consequence of the approved prospectus, the new

shares will be listed on Oslo Børs on 11 March 2021.
