ANNOUNCEMENT OF CHANGE IN SHARE CAPITAL FOLLOWING THE PARTIAL EXERCISE OF THE GREENSHOE OPTION

Basiliano (Udine), September 10, 2024 – I.CO.P. S.p.A., a Benefit Company ("ICOP" or the "Company") listed on the multilateral trading system Euronext Growth Milan ("EGM"), organised and managed by Borsa Italiana S.p.A., announces the new composition of its share capital following the issue, as part of a capital increase, of no. 482,500 ordinary shares of the Company, relating to the partial exercise of the Greenshoe option (see press release dated 20 August 2024) by Alantra Capital Markets S.A.U., Italian Branch (hereinafter also 'Alantra'), in the context of the IPO on EGM.

The new composition of ICOP's share capital (fully subscribed and paid-up) is shown below, pursuant to the filing of the certificate of change of share capital with the competent Companies Register of Udine.
