ICOP: UPCOMING BOARD MEETING FOR THE CO-OPTION OF A

NEW INDEPENDENT DIRECTOR

Basiliano (Udine), 25 August 2025 – I.CO.P. S.p.A. Società Benefit, an underground engineering company and one of the leading European operators in the field of special foundations and microtunnelling, announces that its Board of Directors, at an upcoming meeting, will proceed with the co-option of a new independent director.

This co-option has become necessary following the sudden passing of Independent Director Mr. Luciano Bezzo, whose outstanding value, both on a professional and personal level, has been deeply appreciated by ICOP over the years.

The Board of Directors and the entire Company wish to extend their condolences to his family and express their deepest gratitude for Mr. Bezzo's human and professional contribution, remembering his great integrity and dedication.
