Appointment of Non-Executive Director
icetana Limited (ASX:ICE “icetana” or “the Company”) is pleased to advise that Ms Deanna Carpenter has been appointed to the role of Non-Executive Director with effect from 10 May 2021. Deanna has over 10 years' experience as a lawyer with a focus on equity capital markets and mergers & acquisitions, and extensive experience in governance, risk management and corporate compliance. Deanna is a partner in the corporate and commercial practice of national firm HWL Ebsworth and has been involved with icetana since advising on its IPO in 2019.
The appointment coincides with the resignation of Non-Executive Director, Mr Justin Mannolini following his appointment as Interim Chair of the Northern Australia Infrastructure Facility. The Board wishes to thank Mr Mannolini for his valuable contribution as a director since the Company’s listing in 2019.
