Hydratec confirms sale of Danielson to Schurter AG

Hydratec NV (Amersfoort, Holland) hereby confirms that it has sold its 100% holding in Danielson Europe BV to Schurter Holding AG (Luzern, Switzerland). The intention of this transaction was already announced on April 3rd , 2014.

Danielson Europe is a leading developer and producer of Man Machine Interfaces with sales of approx. € 20 mio. across Europe.

Schurter AG, a privately owned company founded in 1933, has successfully developed itself into a leading global electronic components manufacturer and distributor, with annual turnover of approx. Sfr. 175 mio, employing approx. 1,480 employees.

Parties have agreed not to provide details about the financial compensation of the transaction.
