PRESS RELEASE

Strategic Reorientation at Helvoet: Divestment of European Mobility Activities

30 March 2026

AMERSFOORT – Helvoet, a subsidiary of technology group Hydratec Industries, has announced the sale of its European mobility activities.

Transfer to Callista Group

Helvoet Groep, an international supplier of precision components manufactured from technical polymers, has today transferred its European mobility activities to the Callista Group. The transaction includes the entities of Helvoet in Belgium and Poland. Callista Group is an investor in industrial companies with strong growth prospects, focusing on building competitive, independent businesses through operational support and targeted initiatives. Based in Munich, Callista Group brings extensive expertise in organizational optimization and has established clear development plans for the newly acquired operations.

The mobility sector has faced significant challenges in recent years, increasing competitive pressures. Through this transaction, Helvoet Belgium and Helvoet Poland are now positioned to strengthen their market presence in Western and Eastern Europe.

Strategic Exploration

Following the divestment of its European mobility activities, Helvoet will retain its entities in the Netherlands and India, with a significant growth opportunity in the healthcare sector. Over recent years, Helvoet has not only consolidated its position in this sector but has also achieved significant expansion. The company is now entering a new phase of a more focused growth and expansion. In order to best support this, it is currently being explored, how to best strengthen the position of the Dutch and Indian operations as they further develop their healthcare activities.

Financial Impact and Communication

The divestment involves one-third of Helvoet’s turnover. At this stage, the final financial consequences of this total strategic realignment are not yet clear. Hydratec will issue further updates via press release as soon as more information becomes available.

Hydratec Industries N.V. is listed on Euronext Amsterdam (ISIN NL0009391242, ticker: HYDRA).
