Hubify (ASX:HFY) Chief Financial Officer & Company Secretary Update
Hubify Limited (“Hubify” or “the Company”) announces that Nick Fitzgerald has resigned from his role as Chief Financial Officer and Company Secretary, effective 12 September 2025.
Since joining Hubify in March 2021, Mr Fitzgerald has been instrumental in shaping the Company’s strategic direction, contributing significantly to its growth through both organic initiatives and strategic acquisitions. His leadership has helped establish a robust financial and operational foundation, positioning Hubify as a leading Technology Solutions Partner.
Hubify Limited CEO (Chief Executive Officer) Victor Tsaccounis stated:
Nick has been an outstanding partner to me, the Board, and the entire management team. His unwavering commitment has been invaluable to the Company, particularly throughout its transition from a mobile telecommunications reseller to a leading technology provider for Australian businesses.
The Board extends its sincere gratitude to Mr. Fitzgerald for his valuable contribution and wishes him every success in his future endeavours.
The Company is also pleased to confirm the appointment of Deepak Nand as incoming Chief Financial Officer and Company Secretary, effective 9 December 2025.
Mr Nand brings over 18 years of finance experience, including in management at PwC and progressing through senior finance roles across the online retail and technology sectors in Australia, New Zealand, and the UK. His expertise in ASX-listed technology companies, IPOs, mergers and acquisitions, integrations, and business scaling makes him well-suited to support the Company’s next phase of sustainable growth. The Board and executive team look forward to welcoming Mr Nand in December.
In the interim, Chief Executive Officer Victor Tsaccounis will assume the responsibilities of Company Secretary until Mr Nand’s commencement.
