Hubify (ASX:HFY) Chief Financial Officer & Company Secretary Update

Hubify Limited (“Hubify” or “the Company”) announces that Deepak Nand, the newly appointed Chief Financial Officer, has now been formally appointed by the Board as the Company Secretary, effective 18 December 2025.

Further to the Company’s previous announcement on 9th September 2025, Mr Nand is taking over the role of the Company Secretary from Victor Tsaccounis (Chief Executive Officer) who was performing the role of the Company Secretary on an interim basis.

Victor Tsaccounis (Chief Executive Officer) has now resigned from his temporary role as Company Secretary, effective 18 December 2025.

Hubify Limited CEO (Chief Executive Officer) Victor Tsaccounis stated:

He brings over 18 years of finance experience, including in management at PwC and progressing through senior finance roles across the online retail and technology sectors in Australia, New Zealand, and the UK.
