Executive Summary

F-廣華為全世界擁有最多樣式之汽車塑膠內飾件表面加飾技術(包括水轉 印、模內轉印、涂裝、真木、真鋁、鐳射雕刻、電鍍等)及加工工藝(包括 組裝、皮革(絨布)包覆、熔接(紅外線、震動及超音波))之二階供應商。 -
F-廣華所處之產業特性為進入障礙高的汽車產業,穩定的品質、有競爭力 的成本及即時交貨(QCD)為其首要目標,從開發、生產到成品交貨,提供 一條龍的製造服務,完整的垂直及水平整合策略是F-廣華的重要利基。 -
F-廣華應客戶就近生產交貨需求,已陸續成立湖南廣佳、開封廣佳及襄陽 廣佳,另外墨西哥新廠已於2015年第一季開始動工建廠,預計2017年量產 ,冀望與客戶形成戰略夥伴關係,爭取同步開發的機會,屆時可以與三大 日系及三大美系車廠共同開發全球平台,以二地生產全球發貨方式緊密的 與車廠合作,降低外在競爭的威脅。 -
展望
2015年,三大日系車廠在中國新車銷售雖各有消長,但隨著全球車款 的出貨及新客戶的開拓,營收可望維持穩定,另公司藉由產線優化降低生 產成本及嚴格控管費用,獲利將可隨營收成長。 -

廣華的汽車內裝飾產品,需結合專利的表面處理技術 ( 如水轉 印、 IMD 、精密電鍍、真木 / 複合材料膠合加工等 ) ,製程複 雜、表面品質要求嚴格、管理難度也大,需要長期的發展及 認証汽車廠才能接受,更要有一定的經濟規模才能有成本競 爭力,進入障礙高。
