COMPANY ANNOUNCEMENT

The following is a Company Announcement issued by Hili Properties p.l.c. (the "Company") pursuant to the Capital Markets Rules issued by the Malta Financial Services Authority in accordance with the provisions of the Financial Markets Act (Chapter 345 of the Laws of Malta), as amended from time to time.

QUOTE

The Company refers to the promise of sale and purchase agreement dated 25 August 2015 pursuant to which it promised to acquire 100% of the issued share capital of Harbour (APM) Investments Limited (C 58453), as owner of the 92,000sqm parcel of land comprising a number of sites at Benghajsa, Malta.

The Company is pleased to announce that, on the 31 March 2022, it completed the said sale and is now the effective owner of the said parcel of land. This acquisition increases the Company's portfolio from €155 million to €180million.
