(the "Company") pursuant to the Capital Markets Rules issued by the Malta Financial Services Authority in accordance with the provisions of the Financial Markets Act (Chapter 345 of the Laws of Malta), as amended from time to time.

The Company announces that the Board of Directors is scheduled to meet on March 16, 2026 to consider an application for the discontinuation of listing of the Company's shares on the Official List of the Malta Stock Exchange, in accordance with Capital Markets Rules 1.19 to 1.23. The application would be subject to shareholder approval.
