COMPANY ANNOUNCEMENT

The following is a Company Announcement issued by Hili Properties plc. (the "Company") in terms of Listing Rules issued by the Listing Authority.

QUOTE

The Company hereby announces that by virtue of a Sale Agreement (the "Agreement") dated 14 December 2018, SIA Premier Estates Ltd, a company duly incorporated in accordance with the laws of Latvia, bearing company registration number 40003993068, has successfully acquired SIA Tirdzniecibas Centrs Dole, the owner and operator of a shopping centre Dole, in Riga, Latvia.

As a result of the Agreement, SIA Premier Estates Ltd takes sole and exclusive ownership of a threestorey shopping centre Dole in the Ķengarags residential district, servicing more than 60 tenants, and with a total leasable area of 8,000 square metres.

Through this Agreement, the Company is extending its commercial real estate portfolio in Latvia. The property has significant potential to attract additional tenants and maintain the excellent relations in place with the existing tenants.
