COMPANY ANNOUNCEMENT

The following is a Company Announcement issued by Hili Properties p.l.c.

(the "Company") in terms of Listing Rule 5.16 published by the Listing Authority

QUOTE

The Company hereby announces that Ms. Sandra Murniece, holder of Latvian Passport Number LV4114681 resident at Gertudes Iela 44-8, Riga, Latvia, has resigned from the office of Managing Director of the Company with effect from the 19 May 2020.

There is no matter concerning Ms. Sandra Murniece requiring disclosure under the Listing Rules.

It is further announced that until the position is permanently filled, Mr. Richard Abdilla Castillo, holder of Identity Card Number 267256M of 75, 'Il-Girna', Mdina Road, Mriehel, Birkirkara, BKR1870, Malta, will take on the role of interim Managing Director of the Company.

Mr. Richard Abdilla Castillo is currently the chairman of the Company and director of Hili Ventures Limited, the parent company. There is no further matter concerning Mr. Richard Abdilla Castillo requiring disclosure under the Listing Rules 5.20. and 5.21.

The Board thanks Ms. Sandra Murniece for her valid contribution to the Company. The Company will issue a further announcement in due course, with information regarding the new managing director.
