Company Announcement

The following is a Company Announcement issued by Hili Properties p.l.c. ("the "Company") in terms of the Listing Rules 5.16

QUOTE

The Company announces that Mr Carmelo sive Melo Hili (ID: 395765M) has resigned from the office of Director, Legal and Judicial Representative with effect from 26th August 2019. The Board thanks Mr. C. Hili for his service to the Company.

It is further announced that Mr Peter Hili (ID: 173093M) has been appointed to the Company's Board of Directors as a Non-Executive Director, Legal and Judicial Representative with effect from 26th August 2019.

Mr Peter Hili, residing at 18, St Christopher Street, Valletta VLT 1466, is presently Business Consultant at Premier Restaurants Malta Limited (C 18843), the operating company of McDonald's in Malta. He graduated in 2016 obtaining a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) in International Relations. After which, he worked as a Policy Officer at the Embassy of Malta in Washington D.C., US, and later joined Hili Ventures Limited (C 57902) as a Management trainee. In 2017, Mr P. Hili relocated to Canada for a placement with McDonald's in Ottawa and was later appointed Restaurant Manager at McDonald's Baystreet in 2018. Mr P. Hili is one of the ultimate beneficial owners of the Group of Companies which the Company forms part of.

There are no other disclosures relating to Mr P. Hili to be made in terms of Listing Rules 5.20.5 to 5.20.9.
