COMPANY ANNOUNCEMENT

The following is a company Announcement issued by Hili Properties p.l.c. (the "Company") in terms of Listing Rule 5.16.5. of the Listing Rules.

QUOTE

The Company announces that Ms Margrith Lutschg Emmenegger has resigned from the post of Chief Executive Officer of the Company with effect from September 25, 2017.

The executive duties assumed by Ms Lutschg Emmenegger during her tenure as CEO have now been assumed by the recently appointed Managing Director, Ms Sandra Murniece, with effect from the same date. As a result, the Company will not be appointing a Chief Executive Officer role within its structure.

Ms Lutschg Emmenegger retains the post of Chairperson of the Company.
