The following is a Company Announcement issued by Hili Properties p.l.c. (the "Company") in terms of Listing Rule 5.16.5.

QUOTE

The Company hereby announces that the Board of Directors of the Company has appointed Ms. Sandra Murniece, holder of Latvian Passport Number LV4114681 of Ģertūdes iela 44- 8, Riga, Latvia as an executive director of the Company with effect from the 25 September 2017.

Ms. Murniece was previously Country Manager for the Company's Baltics market.

There is no further matter relating Ms. Murniece requiring disclosure under Listing Rules 5.20.5 to 50.20.9.
