In compliance with Regulation 30 read with Para A of Part A of Schedule III of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (“SEBI Listing Regulations”) , we would like to inform you that Mr. Manish Gangey, Executive President- Product Management of the Company, has vide his letter dated January 08, 2026, tendered his resignation from the services of the Company due to personal reasons. A copy of the letter received from him is enclosed herewith.
The Company has accepted his resignation, and he will be relieved from the services with effect from the close of business hours on January 23, 2026.
