Sub: Update on disclosure of material event under Regulation 30 read with Para B of Part A of Schedule III of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (LODR Regulations).
This intimation is made in continuation of the disclosures dated December 20, 2025, and earlier with respect to the ongoing legal proceedings initiated by the Company against Client based in Europe.
Subsequent to the Company's filing of the complaint before the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York, we have learned that the said Client's insolvency proceedings have commenced in court in Germany and it has also secured recognition of aforesaid insolvency proceedings in US to protect against litigations in US.
The aforesaid update was received from the lawyers on May 08, 2026.
The Company is taking appropriate steps to pursue legal remedies before the appropriate authority in this regard. There is no additional financial impact on the Company considering adequate provision is already made in the financial statement in earlier year.
