Subject: Intimation under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015

In furtherance to our intimation dated April 21, 2026, we wish to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company through circular resolution on April 27, 2026, have declared 1st Interim dividend of ₹ 8.50/- (850%) per equity share of ₹ 1/- each for the financial year 2026.

The Record date for ascertaining the list of shareholders entitled for the first interim dividend as per Regulation 42 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, shall be May 05, 2026, and the payment date of the said interim dividend shall be May 15, 2026.

Further, the Board of Directors have approved appointment of Mr. Neeraj Bharadwaj, Non-Executive Non-Independent Director, as a member of the Stakeholders Relationship Committee with immediate effect. The revised composition of the Stakeholders Relationship Committee is as follows:
