With reference to our intimation filed on February 28, 2025 and August 19, 2025, with regards to receipt of order under Section 73 of the Tamil Nadu Goods & Service Tax or CGST Act, 2017 from Department of Goods and Service Tax, State Tax Officer, Chennai, please note that consequent to the appeal filed with appellate authority, the Company has received favorable order setting aside the order involving total demand of INR 15.13 crore (comprising penalty of INR 1.32 crore and applicable interest) for FY2020-21.

With respect to the above, please find attached Annexure A containing information and details as required under Regulation 30 of the LODR Regulations read with the SEBI Circular No. HO/49/14/14(7)2025-CFD-POD2/I/3762/2026 dated January 30, 2026
