Hexagon Composites ASA: Mandatory notification of trade by primary insider

23 August 2024: As part of a family succession plan, Jon Erik Engeset, CEO of

Hexagon Composites ASA, has today transferred 204,150 shares in the Company to

close family members. After the transfer, Engeset controls 259,448 shares, and

has earned all rights to 121,913 additional, not yet exercisable, shares under

the Company's incentive program.
