7 November 2024: David Bandele, CFO has on 7 November 2024 sold 66,856 shares at

an average price per share of NOK 44.40. After the sale, Bandele holds 100,000

shares and 60,195 Performance share units (allocated and vesting in March 2025)

in Hexagon Composites.
