New Managing Director of Devold AMT AS

Kåre Dybvik is appointed as Managing Director of Devold AMT AS effective from 1

November. Dybvik is currently the Assistant Director of the company, with

responsibility for global operations.

Kåre Dybvik has since 2008 been the Assistant Director of Devold AMT AS, and has

15 years experience in the company, primarily in operations management,

purchasing and sales.

Dybvik was responsible for the establishment of the joint venture company PPG-

Devold LLC in the United States in 2006-2007 and was CEO of the first year of

operation.

Dybvik is 38 years old, holds a degree as engineer in manufacturing technology

and management, and comes from Langevåg.

Kåre Dybvik succeeds Lars Ivar Flydal, PAB Consulting AS. Flydal has been

engaged as Managing Director since April 2010.

Devold AMT AS is a wholly owned subsidiary of Hexagon Composites ASA, and

supplies knitted fiber reinforcements mainly of carbon fiber and fiber glass for

the composite industry.
