Change of Managing Director in Devold AMT AS

The Board of Directors in Devold AMT AS and Managing Director Johan Fausa have

agreed that Mr. Fausa  will retire from his position as  Managing  Director end

of March 2010.  The parties have different perspectives on strategic direction

for the company and the plans that the Hexagon Corporation wants to implement in

future.  Mr. Fausa has been Managing Director since 2003 and the Board of

Directors wishes to thank him for his strong efforts in his period as Managing

Director.

Lars Ivar Flydal has been contracted  as new  Managing Director and he will lead

the company in an interim period.
