Purchase of shares by EBT
ULS Technology plc (AIM:ULS), the provider of online technology platforms for the UK conveyancing and financial intermediary markets, was notified on 4 April 2016 of the purchase on that date by the ULS Technology plc Employee Benefit Trust (the "EBT") of 175,000 shares of 0.4p each in the Company ("Shares") at a price of 56.5p per Share.
Following the transaction, the EBT holds 175,000 Shares, representing 0.27 per cent of the Company's total issued share capital.
