QUOTE
Harvest Technology p.l.c. (the “Company”) announces that Mr. Keith Busuttil¹ has resigned from his position as Chairman of the Board, director, legal and judicial representative of the Company with effect from March 2, 2026.
The Board would like to thank Mr. Busuttil for his service to the Company.
The Company further announces that the Board of Directors has co-opted Mr. Simon Montanaro² to the office of non-executive director, legal and judicial representative of the Company. Mr. Montanaro shall also serve as Chairman of the Board with effect from March 2, 2026.
Mr. Montanaro has over thirty years’ experience in the ICT industry, spanning both network and technology services. He currently serves in various director and consultancy roles, supporting organisations in enhancing performance through the effective and strategic use of technology.
Mr. Montanaro began his career in 1991 with Melita, Malta’s cable television provider at the time. He served as Chief Technology Officer between 2009 and 2023 while also overseeing the performance of the B2B business for a number of years.
