Appointment of Chief Business Development Officer

The Board of Directors of Harvest Technology p.l.c. (the "Company") hereby announces that Mr Giles David Lucas, a British national, holder of Maltese ID Card no. 0181321A and residing at 152, Triq Manwel Dimech, Sliema, has been appointed to the office of Chief Business Development Officer ("CBDO") of the Company, effective 30 January, 2023.

Mr Lucas, whose most recent appointments included business development roles in the gaming, financial services and fintech sectors, will report directly to the Chief Executive Officer of the Company. As CBDO, Mr Lucas' principal focus will be on developing, implementing and driving business development opportunities for the Company and its subsidiaries.

For the purposes of Capital Markets Rule 5.21, it is hereby confirmed that there is no further matter concerning Mr Lucas requiring disclosure under the Capital Markets Rules.
