The Board of Directors of Harvest Technology p.l.c. (the "Company") hereby announces that Mr. Christian Gatt, holder of Maltese identity card number 348588M and residing at 254, Villino San Lorenzo, Old Railway Rd., Balzan, Malta has tendered his resignation from the post of Managing Director of APCO Limited (C-8724), a subsidiary of Harvest Technology p.l.c., effective 3 June, 2022.
For the purposes of Capital Markets Rule 5.21, it is hereby confirmed that there is no further matter concerning Mr Gatt requiring disclosure under the Capital Markets Rules.
The company wishes to thank Mr Gatt for his service and contribution to the Harvest Group.
The Company has initiated the process of identifying a suitable replacement, and a further announcement in this regard will be issued as and when appropriate.
