Bosman, holder of identity card number 0425911L and residing at 5, Trejqet Ghar Berbah, St. Paul's Bay, Malta, no longer occupies the role of Chief Branding and Internationalization Officer of the Company. The Company would like to thank Mr. Bosman for his service and commitment to the Company and Harvest Group.

For the purposes of Capital Markets Rule 5.21, it is hereby confirmed that there is no further matter concerning Mr Bosman requiring disclosure under the Listing Rules.
